License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
No Medical Advice Disclaimer
The App is an informational logging and habit-building tool designed to help track daily hydration. The App, including its target intake recommendations, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes based on app recommendations.
User Content & Data Retention
You are solely responsible for the inputs and hydration logs recorded inside the App. Since your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, we have no access to your records and cannot recover deleted data.
Intellectual Property
The App's structure, code, graphics, branding, assets, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
