Privacy & Data Security
Where is my application data stored?
All your data is stored 100% locally on your own device’s hardware. RKY.app is designed as an offline-first studio. We do not run cloud servers to collect, upload, or process your files, habits, schedules, or logs. Your data remains strictly in your control.
Do I need to register or create an account to use the apps?
No. RKY.app products require no registration, signups, email entries, or passwords. You can start using any of our applications immediately after downloading them from the app store.
How does multi-device synchronization work?
If sync is enabled, our apps utilize native secure environments already built into your device—specifically Apple iCloud for iOS/macOS or Google Drive backups for Android. This syncing occurs privately inside your personal account space. The developer has no access to, visibility of, or control over this synchronized database.
Do you track my usage or sell my information?
We never sell your data. Most of our apps do not include third-party trackers, although select applications (such as RKY Bhakti, RKY Water Logger, and RKY Kids Growth Tracker) may display ads via Google AdMob or collect anonymous usage metrics using Google Analytics / Firebase. AdMob and Firebase may process device identifiers and usage statistics to serve ads, analyze performance, and optimize user experience. You can always opt out of personalized tracking in your device settings.
Billing & Purchases
Are RKY.app applications free to download?
Yes. Most of our apps are free to download and offer core utility features without cost. Advanced premium functions (like historic charts, notification settings, or syncing options) are offered through in-app purchases or transparent subscriptions.
How do I restore my premium features on a new device?
If you uninstall an app or switch to a new phone, you can easily restore your active purchase. Go to the Settings page inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." The app will check your official app store account receipt (Apple ID or Google Account) and immediately restore your access for free.
How do I manage my active subscriptions?
All subscription billing is handled securely and directly by the respective app stores. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your device settings: on iOS go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions.
How can I request a refund for a purchase?
Because all financial transactions are processed entirely by Apple and Google, independent developers cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please follow the official refund request processes provided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play Support.

What should I do if an app isn’t working properly?
First, check that your device operating system is up to date and that you have installed the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play. If you still encounter issues, please use our Contact page or email support@rky.app with your device model and a brief description of the problem.
