RKY Asset Vault Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RKY Asset Vault (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal or business inventory purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

In-App Purchases & Premium Access

The App offers a premium tier unlocked via a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

All billing, purchases, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The developer does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the item details, receipt images, manual PDFs, and settings saved within the App.

Since your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, we have no access to your records and cannot recover deleted or lost data. We advise regularly exporting a JSON backup file from the Settings tab.

Intellectual Property

The App's structure, code, graphics, branding, assets, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages, errors in PDF generation, lost records, or financial/property losses arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
