License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the App on your personal mobile devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
QR Code Content Disclaimer
The App is a tool for scanning and generating QR codes. The developer is not responsible for the content encoded in QR codes scanned by users. Users should exercise caution when scanning QR codes from unknown sources. Generated QR codes are created based on user-provided content, and the developer makes no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of that content.
Accuracy of Scanning Disclaimer
While the App uses advanced barcode recognition technology, scanning accuracy may vary depending on camera quality, lighting conditions, QR code quality, and device hardware. The developer does not guarantee 100% accuracy of scan results and is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect scans.
User Data Ownership
All scan history, generated codes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The developer does not back up, manage, or have access to this content and cannot restore lost records.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App's source code, assets, graphics, user interface designs, and brand trademarks are the sole intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the exclusive courts of the United Kingdom.
