License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the App on your personal mobile devices for non-commercial utilities, subject to these Terms.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
The App is a general helper tool to log and track height, weight, and shoe size. It is provided for informational and reference purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The growth trends and milestones calculated by the App are not a substitute for professional pediatric assessment or medical guidance. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child's growth, health, and wellness.
User Data Ownership
All child profiles, notes, photos, and measurements logs are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud space. The developer does not back up or manage this content and cannot restore lost records.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App's source code, assets, graphics, user interface designs, and brand trademarks are the sole intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the exclusive courts of the United Kingdom.
