By downloading, launching, or using RKY ILR & Citizenship Tracker (the "App"), or by tapping "I Agree & Continue" on the in-app agreement screen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and should uninstall it.
The App is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial tracking purposes.
The App provides informational calculation tools to help track residency, absences abroad, and estimated eligibility dates for UK Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British Citizenship. The App is NOT affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the UK Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
Calculations, guidance notes, and rules provided within the App do not constitute legal or professional immigration advice. UK immigration rules, policy guidance, and discretion thresholds are complex and subject to continuous change. You must always verify official requirements on GOV.UK or consult a qualified UK immigration solicitor before submitting any official application.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. The App operates on-device and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account on iOS devices. We do not store or transmit your immigration records to developer servers. Your confirmation of these terms is recorded locally and in your private backup.
All rights, title and interest in the App and its content are owned by the developer or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and the developer disclaims all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. The developer may suspend or stop providing the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, as applicable. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
