Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing RKY File Converter (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Purchase & Payment Terms

RKY File Converter is a paid application requiring an upfront purchase to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

All payments, download processing, and refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective store terms and conditions.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your supported mobile devices for personal and commercial file conversion purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of the files, images, PDFs, and documents you process through the App. You agree not to use the App to process any unlawful, infringing, or harmful materials.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, UI design, branding, and icons, are owned by the developer. You retain all ownership rights to the files and content you process using the App.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability in file processing, we do not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or compatible with all file formats. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
