RKY Bhakti is designed to respect user privacy and minimize data collection. The application does not require user accounts and does not store or process user-generated data on developer-operated servers.
All user data created within the application—including preferences, favorites, Jaap counters, history, and paid AI Chat credit balance—is stored locally on your device and synchronized to your personal cloud backup account (Apple iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android).
We do not operate backend servers for this synchronization; therefore, your data is kept completely private and is never transmitted to, stored on, accessed, or managed by the developer.
RKY Bhakti uses native platform APIs (iCloud Key-Value Store on iOS, and Google Drive Auto Backup on Android) to store data in the user’s personal, private storage allocation. This data is linked directly to the user’s iCloud or Google account and behaves according to their cloud configuration.
Please note that iCloud synchronization is supported starting with iOS app version 1.7.2.
Updating the application to a newer version preserves your locally stored data under normal circumstances. Users are encouraged to keep cloud backup settings enabled on their devices according to manufacturer recommendations.
If the application is uninstalled, local device data is removed by the operating system, but your cloud-synchronized backup remains in your personal iCloud or Google Drive storage.
Reinstalling the application or setting it up on a new device connected to the same iCloud or Google account will automatically restore your progress and credit balance.
Because your data is stored on-device and synchronized directly to your personal cloud accounts, RKY Bhakti developers do not have access to it. We cannot view, recover, restore, or retrieve lost data or credits for you if you lose access to your iCloud/Google account or choose to disable backup syncing.
