By downloading, installing, or using RKY AI Excuse Maker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

The App provides AI-assisted text generation for lighthearted, social, educational, and professional communication. You agree not to use the App to generate illegal, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Excuses generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence models. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the outcome, believability, or appropriateness of generated text in real-world scenarios. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all text before sending or publishing it.

In-App Purchases & BYOK Billing

Credit Packs: Credit packs are non-refundable consumable digital goods processed via Apple In-App Purchases.

BYOK API Key: If you use your personal OpenAI API key, you are solely responsible for all API usage costs billed directly by OpenAI.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
