RKY Network Speed Meter Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RKY Network Speed Meter (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and delete the App from your device.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and run the App on your macOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Modify, adapt, improve, translate, or create derivative works from the App.

3. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App to any third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE COMPLETELY FREE OF ERRORS OR BUGS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, OR CORE SYSTEM CRASHES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "updated" date at the top of the terms. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
