Agreement to Terms

By installing or using RKY AI Birthday Reminder (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App codebase or assets without prior written consent.

User Data Ownership

All data, reminders, and card creations are stored solely on your device. The developer does not provide cloud backups and is not responsible for data loss resulting from device transfer, corruption, or uninstallation.

OpenAI Integration & BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Optional Feature: AI wish generation provides an optional integration to use your own OpenAI API key ("BYOK").

Key Ownership & Responsibility: You must supply your own valid OpenAI API key to use AI features. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key secure on your device.

Costs & Billing: Any costs or charges associated with the use of your OpenAI API key are your sole responsibility.

AI Content Verification: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI text before sharing.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App's designs, branding, user interfaces, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer. Content and images you create belong to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any missed reminders, indirect damages, or third-party issues.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
